At MaxDia, we specialize in high-quality linen drapes. Since our products are crafted with care, please refer to the following estimated timelines:

Fabric Swatches & Booklets: Shipped via DHL eCommerce or USPS.

Lead Time: 2–6 days (Mailbox delivery, no signature required).

Custom-Made Linen Curtains: Shipped via DHL Express, FedEx, or UPS.

Lead Time: 7–14 days (Door-to-door service, may require a signature for safety).

2. Shipping Rates
We offer worldwide shipping to most street addresses (offices or homes).

Special Offer for Swatches:
We only charge for the shipping and cost of fabric swatches. If you proceed to place an order for linen curtains after purchasing swatches, the cost of the swatches will be fully refunded toward your order.
3. Tracking & Carrier

Tracking: Once your order is picked up by the carrier, we will email you a tracking number. You can monitor your package on the official carrier’s website (UPS, DHL, or FedEx).

Carrier Selection: We select the most reliable carrier (FedEx, DHL, or UPS) based on your destination and package weight to ensure a smooth delivery.

Address Changes: We cannot change the shipping address once the order has been picked up. Please double-check your details before checkout.
4. Shipping Restrictions

We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or Military Addresses (APO/FPO).
5. Duties & VAT

United States: No extra charges. Your order arrives with all fees covered.

International (Outside the US): We strive to cover duties and VAT in most regions. However, in some countries, local customs may charge import fees based on local regulations. These fees, if applicable, are the customer's responsibility.
