Return & Refund Policy
At MaxDia Home, each custom curtain is made with care according to the measurements, fabric, color, and specifications selected by the customer. Because many of our products are made to order, our return policy differs from that of standard ready-made products.
1. Custom and Made-to-Measure Products
Custom-made and made-to-measure curtains are produced specifically for your order. Therefore, they are generally not eligible for return or exchange due to reasons such as:
- Incorrect measurements provided by the customer
- Change of mind after production has started
- Choosing the wrong size, color, fabric, or style
- Minor color differences caused by lighting, screens, or different fabric batches
- Personal preference after receiving the finished product
We strongly recommend ordering a fabric sample and carefully checking your measurements before placing a custom order.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from the specifications confirmed in your order, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.
Please provide:
- Your order number
- Photos or videos clearly showing the issue
- A description of the problem
After reviewing the information, we may offer an appropriate solution, including repair, replacement, remake, partial refund, or full refund where applicable.
3. Order Cancellations
Because custom orders enter preparation and production quickly, please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change your order.
If production has not yet started, we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Once materials have been cut or production has begun, cancellation, size changes, fabric changes, or full refunds may no longer be possible.
4. Non-Custom Products
For products that are not personalized or made to measure, return requests may be accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided that the item:
- Is unused and in its original condition
- Has not been washed, altered, installed, or damaged
- Is returned in its original packaging where reasonably possible
Customers should contact us before returning any item. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
5. Return Shipping
Unless the return is caused by an error on our part, a defective product, or shipping damage, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable.
If the product is confirmed to be defective or incorrect due to our error, we will provide an appropriate resolution and cover reasonable return or replacement shipping costs where applicable.
6. Refunds
Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank, credit card provider, or payment service.
Please note that it may take several business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account after the refund has been processed.
7. Fabric Color and Natural Linen Characteristics
Linen is a natural material. Slight variations in color, texture, weave, slubs, and appearance are normal characteristics of linen and are not considered defects.
Colors may also appear slightly different depending on lighting conditions and screen settings.
We therefore recommend ordering a fabric sample before placing a large or custom order whenever possible.
8. Measuring Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements when placing a made-to-measure order.
If you are unsure how to measure, please refer to our measurement guide or contact us before placing your order.
Products made according to measurements provided by the customer cannot normally be returned because of incorrect measurements.
